A Greek Delegation of approximately 50 businessmen and executives visited modern warehouses and Logistics Parks, having the opportunity of learning about the panorama of Romanian Logistics and the options available. The delegation was organized by Supply Chain Institute of Southeastern and Central Europe and Planning Romania. The aim of organizers was to assist those companies seeking solutions for the creation and operation of their Supply Chain in Romania. The two-day mission, held under the auspices of Hellenic - Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Romanian Logistics Association (Arilog), attended 50 Greek businesses. Greek delegation was welcomed by the Minister Counsellor of Economic & Commercial Affairs of Embassy of Greece, Mr. Ioannis Paschalis as well as First Secretary of Economic and Commercial Affairs, Mr Pantelis Gassios, noting the assistance of the Greek State in private business efforts.On the 4th of July, the members of the Greek delegation attended a focused conference entitled “Optimizing Logistics: from services to practice”.
